We are looking for a proactive and creative Growth & Outreach Executive who can drive lead generation, perform marketing activities, and promote Shiftly. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, running outreach campaigns, managing marketing creatives, and giving product demos to prospective customers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and communication-friendly intern to help promote our services/products through outreach to residential societies and community groups.
Key Responsibilities
Calling Society Administrators: Reach out to housing societies, community managers, and resident welfare associations for promotional collaboration.
Promotional Coordination: Discuss and arrange opportunities to display mobile app promotions or marketing materials within society premises.
On-Site Outreach: Visit societies to distribute posters, pamphlets, and promotional materials.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive engagement with society representatives to support ongoing promotion activities.
Reporting: Maintain records of calls, visits, and leads generated.
Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills (fluency in local language preferred)
Basic understanding of marketing or community outreach
Friendly, confident, and willing to interact with new people
Ability to travel locally when required
